Beginner Boxing*

Learn the fundamentals of boxing—hand wrapping, stance, footwork, punches, and defense—in a no-contact class designed for beginners. No experience needed, all fitness levels welcome! This class focuses on technique, with a light workout to get you moving.

Yoga (All Levels)

A perfect complement to your training or a fresh start back into movement. Connect breath with motion, improve flexibility, and stay limber. Mats and props provided, or bring your own.

Intermediate Boxing Technique & Stamina

Take your skills further with punch combos, footwork, and strategy. This intermediate, non-contact class blends cardio drills and resistance training for a full-body boxing workout. Prior boxing experience reccomended.

Strength & Conditioning

A full-body workout using dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX straps, and more. Designed for all fitness levels, these classes build endurance, strength, and flexibility—challenging, fun, and always adaptable.

*Boxing gloves are available to borrow for Beginner Boxing classes. Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and jump ropes are also available for purchase at the front desk.
